A copy of your photo ID will be taken and filed with your guest registration form.There’s a 1.5% surcharge for Master Card and Visa card payments and a 3% surcharge for American Express and Diners Club card payments.An AUD 100 pre-authorization deposit will be taken on your credit card at check-in (cash not accepted for the deposit) and will be reimbursed within 3-5 business days.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was very practical- a bed, tv, fridge and bathroom. There wasn't much space to move around, so beware if you're bringing lots of luggage or need space to get dressed. Amenities were provided and it was fairly clean. Great stay for when you're going to be out all day and just need a place to recharge.

I love the affordability of the property. We’ve stayed here a few times now but this last time didn’t leave a great impression on us and we’re quite disappointed. We chose to stay due to the close location to the city; size and space in the rooms as we usually travel with our children and the ease of access and comfort in staying: Love the new restaurant and buffet offered! Great addition to the place, offering staying customers somewhere to eat and have a lovely cocktail!

It was close to everything not far from the city, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the team were polite and friendly the sheets were changed in a good schedule. The price was awesome for what we got.
