Family group of 5 adults and 2 young children. Very spacious indeed, perfect for time spent with family and so much space it was ideal for time away from family as well 😉 Plenty of off road parking. Very quiet. Lots of local walks at Lanfine Estate. Amenities nearby. Ideal for families. Northern lights over Darvel was an added bonus.

The cottage was our home away from home and it really made our visit from America extra special getting to see our family in a homely environment instead of booking hotels. It was spotless clean. Had plenty games for the lids pool table and loads of books to read if you fancied with a wee glass of wine next to the wood burning fireplace.

large homely cottage that was very well furnished throughout, big driveway for our work van. lovely quiet location looking over the town of Darvel, just an excellent home from home while away working! it had everything we needed from cooking food to having clean towels and bedding. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to take a holiday or work trip,
