The property was ideally located in beautiful part of Dartmouth next to bars restaurants etc Although there was items in property there was not a dish cloth Washing up liquid or anything like washing powder etc When we spoke to key collection they apologised that the cleaning staff had forgot to leave anything for us The rear door to rear garden was warped and hard to open close we did send a message on the app but had no response We are fit and healthy so stairs were fine , elderly persons would struggle with steep staircase Otherwise lovely place , but cleaning staff did not leave a welcome pack for us , they forgot is what we were told by key holder For money we spent we should have at least had some coffee or tea bags or even a dish cloth and washing up liquid which don’t cost much
