Lovely comfy bed.Being close to the centre of Dartmouth. Being able to take our dog.The treats for our dog and the bottle of wine and chocolate biscuits when we arrived. Also, there was milk in the fridge. When we phoned about the dripping tap, they responded within half an hour. Comfy chairs. Excellent facilities and plenty of crockery and coffee and tea provided for the first few days Useful welcome booklets full of helpful information including dog friendly beaches. Friendly man at the end delivering the new laundry

The cottage was excellent. It is in a great location for the town centre and all amenities. Quiet location, although next to a car park which did not disturb us in any way. There is no car parking near the cottage, although as said before, you will find plenty of spaces nearby. The cottage itself was clean beyond belief with all you need for a self-catering property. It is an excellent property for two people who want to see all that Dartmouth has to offer. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again soon.
