Spectacular location overlooking the harbour and Bayards Cove. So convenient for all of the town's amenities and importantly for Dartmouth, no vertiginous climb to the property! The views are mesmerising and you'll struggle to tear yourself away from the constant activity on the river and watching the world go by. The flat is delightful combining period character with contemporary fittings and amenities. The original sash windows are wonderful. I was able to sit at the dining table with the sash window up due to the warm weather and really feel part of the scene. Comfortable sofas

The location of the flat was excellent, situated very close to town/amenities and views were utterly stunning. Immaculately clean and very well equipped. Just a lovely holiday and fabulous accommodation ❤️
