Fantastic location, central, beautiful room with a little balcony. Welcome pack was great, loved the suggestions where to eat - Alf Resco's breakfast was amazing! Noel was a fantastic host & even let us leave our rucksacks after checkout to save us carrying them around in the rain! Would definetly recommend if visiting Dartmouth, we hope to come again.

Amazing location - surrounded by lovely shops, bakeries, restaurants and pubs. Lovely room, lovely shower, very comfortable bed. Everything was just right.
