Lovely central location and very well presented. Absolutely fantastic communication. Parking was very easy and close by. There were two adult couples in our party and the house easily accommodated us all. Well situated to explore the SW coast path, Dartmouth Castle, Greenway House and more….all without getting the car out of the car park. The house was very quiet and warm, well equipped and nicely decorated. The sitting area was separated from the dining area which allowed for a smooth transition from eating/clearing up and relaxing. If we go to Dartmouth again, we will stay here if it is available.
