Super house with a great south facing garden. Well furnished throughout and had all you needed in the kitchen. Having parking was a big positive as the lane the house is in is quite narrow. Loved the location, about 10 minute walk into town, but is quite steep so please note that you have to be capable of doing that. Being on three floors means quite a bit of stair use. Dartmouth is a lovely town, having coffee by the quayside in the morning sun just watching the daily life on the water was so relaxing.

Location, great. Large well equipped house, very comfortable for our party of eight. Fantastic level garden area for games/barbecue/relaxing. Lively views.

The whole house was judt beautiful! It's in a great location just a short walk into Dartmouth. The kitchen was fully stocked with any kitchen utensils you could think of. Everywhere was really clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds where slightly on the firm side and the double bedroom on the top floor could have donenwith some blackout blinds but the room itself was so beautiful, big, bright and airy.
