It is a comfortable apartment , ideal for a stay in Dartmouth. It has all the necessary amenities. Close to the town centre. We did have a parking issue which was resolved. We have visited Dartmouth many times and have stayed in these apartments before so we were familiar with the layout. Lovely to have the balcony to sit and have a morning coffee. Yes it was warm enough in November!8

Great location, 50 yards from the River Dart and less than 5 minute stroll to shops. Parking included. Reasonably priced.

Location, 1 min firm harbour & the College. A balcony with view of the Dart between the buildings the front, fully equipped kitchen & lovely shared decking area to the rear that catches the sun all afternoon & early evening.
