Unfortunately when we arrived we discovered that when emptying the water.from.the sink, water slopped out of a side pipe that had not been closed off causing a flood on the bottom of the cupboard. This was obviously known as there was a pack of soaking wet J cloths on.the floor of the cupboard. This should have been recognised and fixed before we arrived Generally the Chalet was extremely well equipped and decorated. We were there for ,2 weekday and expected a change of towels after the first week . We also disappointed not to have a dishwasher as there's plenty of room for a small one. A further irritation is the need for £1 coins in this day of a cashless society. The fees charged are more than enough to cover the small amount of electricity one is able use We were very impressed by the set up at Norton ,Park. The whole site.is beautifully planned Therefore it was a pity that we were with such a problem on arrival.

Great chalet Well equipped Great location Comfy beds Great choice on TV, Netflix etc... Instructions clear Good power on the shower We had a great time We would 100% stay again
