It is in the middle of a tea estate. Google maps will not provide you with a route map. You look for mariabong tea estate. Best is to ask them to arrange a vehicle. The route is mostly alright with bad patches. Expect a typical hill road. The route itself and several walks around the estate are very scenic. There were waterfalls and flowers all around when we were around during durga Puja.. The estate is very well maintained with courteous and friendly staff. They will arrange local delicacies on demand. There are 4 rooms. Very well maintained. Old world charm. Our room had a lovely view of the Kanchendjonga range. Do visit the tea factory next door. There is nothing else to do but just relax in the lovely living room, verandah and walk the trails.

The location is beautiful and pristine. The kitchen staff prepares very good food. The best part of the property is it’s wonderful staff. Nikita, Russell and Anurag go out of their way to make you comfortable. They and the rest - are great assets.
