Location is pretty amazing close to mall road I booked deluxe premium and the rooms are pretty luxurious and spacious. Will definitely recommend if visiting darjeeling.

My room was pre warmed with a heater - I arrived in March. Clean and well decorated/tidy. Good standards of service.

Breakfast was good, lor of options from north and south Indian cuisine. Room had heaters and water heating facilities. location was good, and we walked down to mall road. The staff was friendly and happy to help with a smile.
