The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, with special recognition to Jackline at the front desk for her professionalism and warm reception. Frank, the manager, was approachable and readily available to assist guests with effective solutions. The rooms are notably spacious, with very comfortable beds, and even the standard rooms are comparable to suites in many other hotels. The breakfast offering was excellent.

They made adjustment at my request really quickly. The staff members are willing to listen to me and try to fit my request. Airport Pick-Up/Drop-Off service was really comfortable and amazing. They do not miss the time. The rooms were really clean and cozy.

Very Nice Staff Very good location The Grand Restaurant which has excellent food whereby you can taste the best tanzanian rice and excellent food is just next to it Price very competitive
