Very helpful staff. We had a terrible 1st night ended up actually sleeping in hospital car park. Called the hotel at 7am the next morning and they were fantastic and couldn't apologise enough. When we returned to the hotel we said we would be fine moving our things but management walked us up to our new apartment and got 2 staff members to move our belongings. So yes our 1st night was crap and stressful but i think we were just given the wrong apartment. Cause the hotel staff are lovely to the girls that clean our room too the front of house staff, all we lovely. Some may think the train station is too close but honestly you can not hear a thing when your in your apartment. 😊

The location was perfect for us, the concierge on arrival after a very long drive was lovely & the facilities were very clean. Housekeeping was a lovely surprise.

the room was very spacious, it had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and all the furniture was comfortable. I will be staying there again with my family next time i visit melbourne

We choose the to have an apartment style room and it worked great, it was so handy to have the washer and dryer located in the apartment!
