Everything was impressive. The customer service was fantastic, the desk was maned at night which added an element of safety which is appreciated. Can't thank the team member on the desk, I had a little accident with my knee and they came to check that I was okay and assisted me, rooms were beyond our expectations, clean spacious and comfortable and the whole experience was great. Seriously, we left super happy highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for making our stay so easy and memorable.

As a whole was very nice, only issue is the suburb however my motorcycle was parked in the car park for 3 nights and was never touched so its in a good position regardless of the suburb

I was dreading staying here in Dandenong on a Saturday night but honestly, it was much quieter than I expected. I did request to change rooms, which was no problem from reception, as it was facing the freeway. The new room was much better and quieter. The bathroom was huge and quite luxurious with a modern stone and tile finish. Great hot water in the shower. Good bed, rather firm which I like. Most motel beds are too soft, not here. Reception is open 24 hrs and they sell Coles brand chips too! Nice! Good wifi too...
