The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The location is good as it is close to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Location great, plenty to do locally, great bars and restaurants close-by. Beach just a few minutes walk. Air conditioning was great.

One of the best stays we’ve had in Vietnam, believe me. The location? Tremendous. Right by the beach, right beside all the action. You step outside and boom, you have great local restaurants everywhere, cheap, authentic, very tasty. There’s one local food place called Bánh Mì Bà Đào nearby that’s so good we went three times. And on one of those days, we went twice, breakfast and dinner. That’s how good it is. People don’t do that unless the food is incredible. Also nearby is the Da Nang Roadhouse. Incredible burgers. Really great burgers. Big, juicy, tremendous value. People are talking about it. It’s so good we went twice. The hotel itself is very smart. Very modern. No old-fashioned bulky keys, none of that nonsense. They use electronic card locks. Very advanced. Very impressive. First time we’ve seen this in Vietnam, and honestly, it’s how it should be. Tourists love it. Easy to carry, easy to use. Keys are a disaster. These cards are a winner. The staff? Amazing people. Really amazing. They helped us arrange a tour to Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge. Made all the calls for us, handled everything. And the price? Incredible. Much cheaper than GetYourGuide, much cheaper. Hong, our tour guide, picked us up right at the hotel. Great guy. Really great guy. Knows the place like the back of his hand. Took us everywhere, knew exactly when to go to each spot, where to stand for the best photos. Smart guy. Small guy but wow, does he move fast. Like a bullet. We covered the entire resort with him. Total professional. The bathroom? Beautiful. Great rain shower head, not those weak little ones. This one has power. Great coverage. Perfect after a hot Da Nang day. You walk out refreshed, ready to win again. And the towels, wow. High-quality towels. The kind that actually wrap around your body. Not those tiny, useless hand towels you get in some places. These are luxury-level towels. Much better than other places we stayed in Vietnam.

Location was very nice , close to the beach, some Coffees and restaurants. Room was clean and smelling nice, but our mattress was not comfortable at all (our friend had much better mattress). Ladie in the reception was nice and allowed us to leave bagpacks for all day behind the reception desk.
