I really enjoyed the exceptional facilities and service of staff. Especially Kim, Uyen, Diem were amazing girls at the reception helping me out a lot! Huge shoutout to the security guy that would give me a smile and glass of water every time he sees me!

Waterpool was nice and clean The breakfast not included but it was a tasty one defiantly worth the 5€ Sitting area downstairs was spacious They do Laundry service

Vibe/decoration, view from the pool, staff friendliness from the cleaner to the reception. Especially the night guard and Nhi - great service! Great quality/ price ratio.

The hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to walk to Han Market and the Han River. There’s also a large, modern supermarket nearby. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel has a spacious and beautiful lobby, perfect for enjoying a coffee or getting some work done. What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality of the hotel staff, especially the two security guards. When I arrived to check in, Mr. Dan, one of the guards, warmly welcomed me and brought me a glass of juice. Seeing that I had been walking in the sun, he even kindly found a small umbrella for me. Later, after I had checked out and was waiting in the lobby in the late evening to leave, the other guard, Mr. Dung, also kindly offered me a cold drink. I truly felt that guests are genuinely cared for, whether they are currently staying or have already checked out. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Da Nang.”
