A truly wonderful stay with exceptional service! I stayed here for two nights, and everything—the breakfast, the beach, the gardens, and the room—was absolutely beautiful. Upon arrival, I realized I had left my phone in the car. I spoke with Emmy at the concierge desk, and she was incredibly helpful and kind in resolving the issue. I am truly grateful for her support. Every staff member I encountered was also very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.
