Location is a block away from the main street before beach access. Very walkable and convenient. Room is ok, looks a bit old, it's ok if you just want a place to sleep in.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Da Nang. The location couldn’t be better — just one street back from the beach and right in the centre, with everything you need within walking distance. It’s ideal whether you want to relax on the beach, explore the city, or find great local food nearby. The owner truly makes this place special. He is always there, incredibly friendly, and genuinely cares about the guests. Anytime I needed anything, he was immediately available and happy to help, which made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself has everything you need — reliable hot showers, fresh towels and toiletries provided regularly, and the rooms are kept clean and comfortable. They also offer same-day laundry service, which is extremely convenient, especially if you’re travelling long-term or spending lots of time at the beach. The WiFi works perfectly for remote workers, I had 6 devises connected all the time. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value, a perfect location, and outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Friendly staff. It is in the centre of a tourist area with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Nice room.
