The room was on the first floor and had an enclosed courtyard with a washing machine, sink, and separate bathroom entrance. It was pretty quiet during the Tet holidays. Although Booking.com said they accepted cards, the hostess asked for cash. I only had dollars with me and didn't have time to exchange them for dongs. I had to pay the hostess in dollars, but she exchanged them and calculated the change herself. The apartment has good, fast Wi-Fi.

The host is very helpful, there is nice cafe on the ground floor. No constructions around, very quiet. Beds are soft, shower with all heads working, good temperature and pressure.
