Cable car operates from 07:30AM to 05:00PM. Guests are advised to show up at Toc Tien Station to reach the property at least 30 minutes prior to last cable car departure. Compulsory ticket with a discount from Public price is offered to hotel’s guests. Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills is not responsible for vehicular arrangements or compensation due to guest’s late arrivals.

The room we had was an upgrade. It was very large with a nice little view. Breakfast was a great selection of foods. The location of the room was in a great spot. We purchased a buffet dinner, it had a great selection of food.

I opted for one night here, but now regret not booking two or three. I went with one after a lot of reviews on here suggest it was hectic. I found it anything but that. Staff were excellent and my stay here far exceeded my expectations after reading reviews. Breakfast was busy but again exceeded my expectations. The food selection was vast and very enjoyable. The room was more than adequate and provided everything needed and was very clean.

The bellboy was really helpful and right there to assist us. He helped carry our bags all the way to the reception and then to our room, which was a huge help, especially since we were traveling with a baby in a stroller. Our room had an incredible view overlooking the main square. One of the highlights was being able to watch the live performances right from our room. The hotel’s location on top of Ba Na Hills was great as it allowed us to take our time exploring without worrying about catching the last cable car down. We also had the advantage of taking the earliest cable car to the Golden Hand Bridge, which meant we could enjoy the stunning view with hardly any crowds.
