A delightful place – a very old hotel surrounded by new buildings. It still has the spirit of old Da Nang. Green, well-kept grounds and very old houses, which the owners try to maintain as best they can. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, and a path leads to it. The room was simply huge for the price! Overall, a very historic place, although certainly a bit dated. For this price, and being right next to the sea, it's a real find! Also, the hosts gave a very warm welcome! The staff was very helpful.

The room I chose had a really nice huge balcony looking out to the beach which was really nice. Also having access to the pool and gym next door is amazing too

The location was very accessible for almost everything food, beach and malls. The Pick up for tour operator is easy as it has large parking way!

Stayed with 2 children. Located directly across from the beach. Extra large room. Very peaceful. Villa is basic but perfect. Staff do not speak English but can communicate effectively. Will stay here again. Great value for money. Pool is excellent.
