- welcome afternoon tea - variety of breakfast options - clean towels - availability of hard hand soap - location - room size - very bright with several windows

Breakfast was a huge layout, fresh and a variety of choice. Staff were fabulous, all very helpfull and polite. Inside the rooms was nice and quiet, Step out of the hotel and your part of it all, with everything in walking distance.
