The fine print
In compliance with Vietnam’s Government Law, guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, permanent resident card, or temporary resident card, etc.) and a valid entry/exit visa (for foreigners) upon check-in.
- A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure .We accept online payment by credit card with ONEPAY, a secured payment gateway & we will send you secured payment links to guarantee your booking.The extra beds allowed depends on the option you choose. Staff was really welcoming and provided great service. Hotel room was really clean and nice. The roof top pool had amazing pool and was super clean and nice.

Obviously you feel like you are in a Japanese resort hotel! Room was spacious, the service was excellent, food and amenities were great as well

It’s clean, staffs are friendly and efficient. We booked the rooms with the water park tickets which allow us to use the park daily throughout my stay. This was brilliant as it allows family with kids to be flexible. The roof top pool and jacuzzi was our favorite! The breakfast provides variety of options and each day different menus. It’s worth to buy as there is limited nearby restaurant. The rooms are spacious and daily replenishment of mini bar is available. In house restaurant offers delicious food Incase you need late night snacks! NAMI restaurant by the beach is convienent as the hotel provides the buggy services on your request! Waiting time is less than 5 minutes! Special thanks to hotel management for accommodating my request ! My son was surprised and love the surprise wishes…. The Cake was delicious 🥰
