The fine print
In compliance with Vietnam’s Government Law, guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, permanent resident card, or temporary resident card, etc.) and a valid entry/exit visa (for foreigners) upon check-in.
- A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure .We accept online payment by credit card with ONEPAY, a secured payment gateway & we will send you secured payment links to guarantee your booking.The extra beds allowed depends on the option you choose. We met the supervisor on our last night - Tam was fantastic. It was a shame we hadn’t met her sooner as she was exceptional. Our villa was lovely and the rooftop infinity pool and bar also excellent. The Japanese restaurants were both fantastic.

Beautiful resort with so much to do for the whole family. Kids loved the indoor outdoor water park. The food was amazing although could use more options for vegetarians. The infinity pool was superb with breathtaking views.
