We decided to treat ourselves and stay here after a bit of a bad experience with another hotel in Danang. We loved our stay, the room was spotless and the view incredible. What really made our stay special was the staff who made sure to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday with a little treat in our room, we thought this was so thoughtful. They really go the extra mile here. Lovely stay, would recommend!

Dear Hotel Management, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang with my family, and I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank your team for a wonderful experience. In particular, I would like to express my deepest appreciation for one of your staff members, Chef Jaswant, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. From the very first morning at the breakfast buffet, he welcomed us warmly and engaged us in a kind and thoughtful conversation. He asked about our food preferences and made personalized recommendations, which we greatly appreciated. When he learned that we had never tried Vietnamese food before, he took the time to explain several dishes on the buffet in detail, helping us discover and enjoy the local cuisine. His suggestions were not only informative but also turned out to be absolutely delicious! What stood out most was his consistent attentiveness. He came to our table to check if we were enjoying our meal and offered help in any way he could. This level of professionalism and genuine care is rare to find these days, and it made a lasting impression on all of us. Every morning when Chef Jaswant was present, he greeted us with the same friendly manner and willingness to assist. It made our breakfast experience feel truly special and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Please convey our sincere gratitude to Chef Jaswant for his outstanding hospitality. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view. Loved the pool and the bar area and very close to the beach.
