It was beach front and close to minimarts Buffet breakfast was exceptional Staff were amazing to deal with, very welcoming - Trang/Mina, Nhan/Ellie, Nguyen/Peter were all outstanding

Excellent location, quick walk to street behind that had great food and massage options, nice beach across road from hotel. Easy check-in. One of reception staff (Minh) added me to her WhatsApp and checked in with me over the stay (including on her day off) to make sure we got onto our pre-booked tour ok and arranged a transfer for us. Hotel very clean, felt safe, room clean, comfortable, more room than I expected. Breakfast had huge number of options, well cooked, staff also made us special Vietnamese coffees each morning. Ate dinner at restaurant twice, yummy. Afternoon tea by the pool was welcome - sandwiches, fruits, biscuits and tea. Also had beer/cocktails. Pool was clean and refreshing. Staff were amazing, with Shyn being an absolute stand-out (Senior Supervisor in the restaurant) - incredibly friendly, greeted us every time we met her and checked in that we had everything she needed. Tolerated my bad attempts at Vietnamese! She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if came back to Da Nang

Love the variety that was offered for breakfast and it was so nice to be able to walk along the beach in the morning and see people doing their daily activities.

Very centrally situated. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Included an amazing breakfast spread, afternoon tea could be improved. Spa was amazing. Would definitely stay here again
