I forgot 1000 USD in the hotel room, asked the hotel staff to find it and got it back, Da Nang people are so honest, I will come back to support later

We actually stayed next door at their partner hotel, ROYAL CHARM..They sent me a message via the app that this would be the case a few days prior and arranged airport pick-up.Not a problem, everything was fine & we paid the same original price..Great location to beach, restuarants, cafes & bars..Would stay again.

The spacious room. Mini kitchen. A working plug in the bathroom and the quality of the cleaning staff. Also very quiet.
