Exceptional friendly host. We feel like we’re friends already and will definitely return. The host even walked us into town to her recommended restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a great chat over breakfast.

I didn't have breakfast as I wished to get away early although I am very confident it would have been good & healthy. The host was lovely & very welcoming despite me arriving at the last minute causing her to miss a planned event:-(. In fact the whole family was, it felt more like staying with friends than a B&B, it was an absolute pleasure staying there. The property was located on the edge of town, I was able to enjoy a lovely walk in the country first thing in the morning. I was very pleased to be able to park my motorcycle securely in the gated accommodation yard. On arrival I was made to feel so welcome and was given a delicious glass of home made apple juice made from the properties own organic apples. I was also given a good sendoff by the whole family which was very nice, the children very interested in the motorbike. I am somewhat late posting this review, I promised it earlier (my apologies to the family) but arrived home to a lot to do and an operation that took more recovery time than I anticipated.
