Our stay at Hoeve den Akker was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by our incredibly friendly and accommodating host. The holiday home itself was a dream—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and offering a tranquil retreat near Brugge, Damme, and Knokke. What truly set this stay apart was the presence of the charming alpacas. Our daughter was absolutely delighted, and interacting with these gentle creatures made for an unforgettable experience. The combination of nature, comfort, and serenity created a perfect escape from the everyday hustle. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring maximum comfort. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful countryside atmosphere. If you're looking for a luxurious yet cozy getaway with a touch of magic, Hoeve den Akker is an absolute gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

The property was amazing. The bed and linen were really comfy. The apartment facilities were fantastic all modern and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring Brugge and Ghent in a very picturesque part of the countryside. The owners were so helpful and made no problems that the booking was wrong and we had the kids. Within 5 minutes we had a cot a stair gate and a bed. They were really friendly and showed my daughter how to feed the alpacas and we had food to do so every day. It was superb value and was perfect place to stay.

The communication with host family was smooth and prompt, making an easy booking process and stay. The studio cottage was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect and close to Damme restaurants for delicious evening dinners. All in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and thank you very much!

The location was amazing. We rented the 2-bed cottage, the place was super clean, all the facilities you need, beds were super comfortable and hosts Carine and Geert were so welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved it.
