Excellent location: the property is just a few minutes’ walk from the main street but remains quiet and peaceful as it is located on a side road. It is also very close to the temples worth visiting. Welcoming, kind, and helpful staff: the owner is also available with his tuk-tuk for transportation. Clean rooms and a very generous breakfast.

Lovely location a short walk from Dambulla town centre, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Athula was incredibly helpful in arranging tours and suggesting places to eat, and his family were very welcoming. The room was very clean, good A/C and they served a lovely breakfast every morning. He took us on his tuktuk to the cave temples and to the bus stop when we checked out. Highly recommend!

This accommodation is in an outstanding location, situated in beautiful and tranquil natural surroundings. The proximity to Dambulla's main bus station (approximately 10 minutes) was very convenient. The host family demonstrated exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Their complimentary transportation to the temple, valuable local information, and arrangement of tuk-tuk service to the bus station were particularly appreciated. The diverse and delicious daily breakfasts, free access to refrigeration facilities, and meticulous attention to detail in room preparation (including insect prevention measures) were impressive. I sincerely hope this family will be able to expand their excellent business in the future.
