I always read reviews about every place thoroughly so that’s why I am leaving the most honest review - Laki is most amazing hotel manager we’ve ever met. He is the best part of this stay. He is always happy to help, give advice, everything. For example my mother mentioned she likes mangos, in the morning mango smoothie for free was waiting for her. He is golden! Thank you Laki so much! As for the property, it’s in the city center, right next to bus station, which is very convenient. If you want to stay in authentic Sri Lanka town then Dambulla is it, and you have Dambulla cave temples and Golden Temple. If you want tourist accommodation it’s better to stay in Sigirya. Facilities are clean, however there is a room for upgrade and owner should renovate a place. But for the price you’re paying, it’s more than worthy! But if you are looking for best place in this area for a few nights, it’s more than decent but as said the best part is definitely Laki and his kindness and knowledge! He deserves all the best in this world, and probably the raise, because he does everything and more to make your stay 5 stars! Thank you Laki once again for everything!

Friendly host. Spacious room. Close to bus station,2 hr to Kandy but bus is crowded and need standing with no aircon.
