My booking wasn't on the system despite having a booking number and confirmation email, and took 3 phone calls to sort out, but when I got settled it was great!

The location was great, and the room size was fantastic. However, the bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. The room was dated and dusty, and the shower taps made an awful noise when being turned on and off. If you're here for a quick night, then it's manageable, but any longer, I'd look elsewhere.

Hotel tired, windows filthy on outside and interior of room very dark, not enough lighting. ( hence how we knew the windows were dirty , when we tried to put the blinds up to get sone light into the room) however room clean and comfortable. Very nice bathroom and shower good. Great location in downtown Dallas. Disappointed that there was no kettle to make a cuppa.
