Lovely hotel in the lively area of Deep Ellum! The bedrooms have lofty ceilings and super comfy beds — staff are lovely, gym is fantastic (Peleton bikes, running machine, cold towels in fridge on exit) and there is a great pool area. Also thought the staff were very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was delicious and portions were huge

We were able to check in upon arrival (earlier than check-in time) which we greatly appreciated. Loved the amenities in the bathroom!

The Gym is open 24 hours, very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant with perfect service.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast and also dined one evening. Great customer service and delicious food.
