The actual room is located in 18 floor. Not 22nd as they sell it. Anyway, everything was OK in the apartment. WiFi could be faster and work better in 2025 standards but you can live with it. Gym was quite small but OK for holiday use. Pool area is located to poor place, so no sun there very often. There is no much things to do in Dallas Downtown but the location was good if you plan to go watch NBA/NHL. Pretty good pizzeria other side of the road as well. Overall all good.

The location was really good, close to many tourist attractions. Easy and practical to get in and out the building. No noise, very quiet around the suite. Lot of room inside. We were 6 and never felt overcrowded. Very clean and all the appliances and necessary china and ware are there. Food stores close, you can buy some food for breakfast and supper. The Metro is across the street. We felt safe at walking by night.

The apartment was very roomy and well-equipped, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms is something you rarely get in this price range. The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful, replying quickly to any question we had. The view of Dallas skyline from the windows was nice! Access to the rooftop pool (although the water was cold in Feb) and gym is a nice bonus. We were very happy with the apartment.
