Very hospitable staff and the service they provided made our stay so unforgettable and pleasant. All the contact we had with staff members at the Horizon Club were wonderful and always had smiles on their faces. We would love to mention specifically Michael Wang at the concierge service who went an extra mile to help us by booking train tickets as we didnot have the Wechat App to do so. Thank you so much.

Good location, nice open air lobby with nice Chinese garden, good breakfast buffet, nice views in horizon lounge, good late check out in horizon club. Happy hour in horizon club consisted of a hot food buffet and drinks which I was pleasantly surprised about (I expected a simple free cocktail but it was basically dinner and snacks). Horizon club king rooms had huge bed, so we had our little one sleep between us and there was so much space. Rooms were clean, but underwhelming for the price paid.
