The staff was super nice and friendly. Localization is walking distance to the old town and fair taxi price from the train station to the hotel.

Dali is quite big, this hotel is near to the Chong Sheng Shi 3 pagodas. It also has a nice roof top view to the pagodas. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms were nicely designed, welcome fruits were served too. Beds were comfy.
