Good location, located in old town, surrounded by restaurants and shop. Reasonable price Friendly staff, can communicate clearly. Room is clean and beautiful

Good location.The staff contacted and responsed efficiently and can communicate in English.He gave a direction to the hotel but the taxi driver don't want to sent directly to the location(just leave me at the front of Dali gate.So I need to get the tuktuk to reach the hotel.Luckily the lady driver tuktuk know and manage to call the hotel staff to get the correct location).The staff also really helpful by assisting to get a scooter to rent for touring the Dali ancient city.
