Beautiful location looking over fields - looked out one morning to see a hen on the lawn. Just over a mile to the town centre. While this wasn't a bed and breakfast arrangement the hosts provided a substantial welcoming pack which covered breakfast for the first few days,

The property had a beautiful view and lovely gardens. I had a lovely welcome, with milk in the fridge, some delicious shortbread, tea, and other bits. Overall I was very comfy. I visited for work but there was a really nice booklet of places to go and things to do compiled that would be perfect if you needed inspiration.

The suite is cosy, comfortable, well equipped and extremely clean. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly return in the future

Although only small it had everything we needed for a 3 day stay . Spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated . Appreciated the Welcome pack on arrival consisting of bread , tea, coffee , milk, fruit, breakfast cereal , fresh orange juice. There are limited cooking facilities ( a microwave and a kettle ) which was fine for us as we did not intend to do much in terms of self catering. The owners , Pat and bill live in the attached property and were on hand to meet and greet us and were keen to make sure everything was as expected.
