Staff: enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly (reception, room service) Room: quite, clean, change bed sheets, towels, drinking water, tea and coffee every day.

-The area is good, easy to walk to the centre, GO, lake etc. There are some cafes too. - Relatively quiet, so I could get good sleep. - The staff quickly correct their mistakes and willing to help.
