We stayed in the family room, which was spacious and equipped with two very firm mattresses and pillows - possibly too firm for some. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable, making it easy to work remotely, and the surroundings were generally very quiet. We used the communal kitchen occasionally, though it seemed more suited to long-term residents, and the lack of cooking oil limited what we could prepare. The hotel location was excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes within a short walking distance. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were polite and accessible. Overall, we would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat.

Great customer service, very attentive and helpful to guests needs. Can rent motorbike directly at reception which comes in handy. Room was large, spacious overlooking road. Smart TV in room, great WiFi.

Nice location off the main road in Da Lat - easy to walk to restaurants yet quiet at night. Room is simple but clean and has all you need. Special shout-out to the friendly manager who 1. Helped organise a birthday surprise for my partner; 2. Let us know of an oncoming typhoon in central Vietnam; and 3. Provided good value motorbike rental.
