This is an expensive place but clearly every effort has been made to have a luxury product presented. The hotel and facilities are amazing, the staff cannot do more to assist you, the food offerings are amazing and the pool is perfect. There were some nice additional touches like included minibar.

The pool is exceptional in that it is well suited to people who want to swim. It is long, a suitable depth and heated but not too hot!

I am generally a resort-suspicious traveler, but Terrou Bi definitely did a lot to win me over to the concept of resort-based holiday. Everything about our stay was excellent, which included also a great new year's eve party. The hotel has everything you require in it, which is quite important if you are a first-time visitor to Senegal (and Africa) and need a 'soft' landing to a new world to be explored. Standards of service, food and cleanliness were exceptionally happy, but with a very distinct local touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
