The property is just as you see it in the photos. It is well equipped and well designed. I really enjoyed the spaciousness, the cleanliness, aesthetics and the outside balcony garden area. It is situated in a peaceful, local neighbourhood so it was perfect for a true authentic experience of Senegal. The beach is roughly a 10minute walk away, which is a nice explorative walk through different neighbourhoods. There are small local shops near the property and more local restaurants 5-10 mins walk away. If you go to the beach area you will find more upper end tourist restaurants to try. Many of the main attractions are a taxi ride away, so it was a great in terms of location. The host was extremely responsive, which was very helpful. The Host helped organise travel to and from the airport to pick up my luggage when it was delayed, which was super helpful and also organised my journey back to the airport to leave. Also we had a few teething issues, which the host responded to quickly. It was generally a pleasant and comfortable place to stay in.
