Fantastic Room at the top of the hote. My own outside area and good wifi which was important as I was there for work and very close to the French Institute which does wonderfull good!!

I stayed at Hotel Ganalé, Dakar, and overall it was a solid and convenient experience. The hotel is very easy to locate in the city centre and is perfectly positioned—close to the ferry to Gorée Island, the train station, markets, restaurants, and bureau de change. Most taxi drivers know it already, so you don’t need to struggle with explanations despite language differences—just say Hotel Ganalé. The staff were genuinely welcoming and very helpful. We noticed an unpleasant smell from the toilet in our room, and they changed our room immediately without stress. I also appreciated their flexibility with payment, which made things easier. The green painting and overall aesthetics of the hotel are refreshing and quite nice 😎.

Well renovated, friendly personnel, very clean and nicely located in the centre of the plateau with plenty restaurants nearby
