I love the vibe, the guests, staff and volunteers. I don’t think it matters where you are it’s the people that make it. I travel solo and I felt included as soon as walking through the door. I cannot thank everyone I have met enough. Big shoutout to Zoe, Perry, Usaid, Youseff, Heeju, Hams and my favourite dog Samara💗. My time wouldn’t have been as special without them. Didn’t have to stress about anything any possible question you have they answer. Made friends for life here and can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely exceptional stay. Great staff, amazing atmosphere, great events, everything tidy, clean and quiet in the sleeping area! As a solo female traveler I felt a 100% comfortable safe in the mixed dorm. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great and the community in this place is heart-warming and inclusive. One of the best hostels I've stayed at, there wasn't a dull moment because of all the group activities. Magically, it was absolutely quiet at the 6-mixed dorm but also made many great friends here. It was always clean but I never got bothered by cleaners in the room. Aircon was on all day and we could control the temperature ourselves which was a plus. There was hot water in the showers, curtains at the bed and a little kitchen just outside the room to cook or make tea. I could go on, but its clear I definitely recommend this hostel!

Staying at Rafiki was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re not just checking into a place you’re being welcomed into a home. The space is incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. Every corner feels warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. The people at Rafiki are what make it truly special. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. You never feel like a guest you feel like family. A very special thanks to "Reham", who made our stay even more amazing. She is not only one of the warmest souls you’ll meet, but also an incredible cook. Every meal she prepares is full of love and flavor, and it’s clear she takes pride in everything she does. Rafiki is not just a hostel—it’s a home. A place where connections are made, memories are created, and leaving always feels a little too soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, community, and a truly heartwarming stay.
