Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on the balcony. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask smokers to utilise the communal gardens if necessary. Failure to comply will result in a significant fine to cover the cost of restoring the property and furnishings due to lingering odors.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
