Location, its right on the beach. Clean spacious bright rooms, good wifi. Very nice personal, always helpful. Hot water, free coffee, free watter.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the room with ocean view was beautiful and really comfortable, the location was in a more quiet area with a cleaner beach front. The whole setting felt like at home also going down for breakfast or snacking, it felt homely! And most importantly they take care of the cats :)

staff were responsive with online communication, easy to communicate with in real life. aircon worked well, place was cosy and clean. love the beachfront too
