Quirky little hotel , close to every thing, very good staff, any questions about tours or sites to visit easily answered. Breakfast good each morning either downstairs in foyer area V8 or in room at your given time. value for money, and on checking out was given a small gift of a tote bag as a thank you for staying with them. Will stay again

Good position, priced well. We couldn't fault the staff, they were very helpful and welcoming. Came back from a full day exploring, and they would give you a cool drink. Even cakes one day. Thank you for a great stay. 😀

The man (sorry I can’t remember his name) at reception was so friendly, kind and approachable! It was nice to get tea on arrival and they let us check in slightly earlier. He also helped with a car to the airport for cheaper than Grab. The rooms were incredible, one of our favourite in Vietnam and we didn’t have any problems with noise like other reviews. We also loved the option to have breakfast in the room - you can choose from waffles, toast or yoghurt and oats.

Look no further!! Wonderful hotel. Lovely garden at front, hotel has such a welcoming and calming vibe with beautiful smelling star anise and cinnamon sticks and pine cones in bowls. Lovely and cleverly designed building with huge front door and stairs in bronze metal. Tasteful and chic but not expensive. Extreme friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfasts served downstairs or in bed room. We had early access to room which was much appreciated. Spacious toom and bathroom . So glad we found and highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff, a beautifully styled, clean room with a nice scent and comfortable bed. Breakfast was limited but still fresh and tasty. Great location—walking distance to major attractions.

Loved this hotel for the 3 nights we were in Da Lat. everyday the room is cleaned by lovely staff and water is filled and towels have been changed. The staff are always ready to help you and are always happy to have a chat and see how you’re going. Would highly recommend!

I like the space, staff and services they provided in overall! We had a very comfortable stay, checking in and out were all very smooth. The place is located at the top of the hill, which gave it extra peace and quiet - perfect for us to rest well after our sleepless night from the sleeper bus. The staff was also very helpful in assisting us wherever he can with regards to opening their front door at ungodly hours (4am) for our activity, or even helping us to source for transport because ours got cancelled at last minute.
