Absolutely fabulous place to stay - everything about it was spot on. The location is perfect for a tranquil getaway whilst being easily accessible from the a55 with only a short drive to shops and amenities. The views were beautiful. We had some very pleasant times catching sun on the patio and feeding the friendly sheep. Inside, the house has been lovingly restored with obvious attention to detail. The bathroom was wonderful with a luxurious double ended tub and the walk-in shower, with lots of hot water, candles and toiletries provided. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed and the big electric range was a joy to cook on. The multi-fuel stove was super cosy and there's a big TV to entertain you on the wet days! Although the bedrooms are small with limited headroom, the beds were comfy with good quality linen. What really makes it special though are the hosts - they were so kind and thoughtful, they had generously provided milk, bread, cream cakes and prosecco on our arrival, they even made us a delicious cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We would heartily recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!
