TL;DR: warm, welcoming owners. Immaculate cleanliness. A location that makes the sea your closest neighbor. This is how a coastal stay should feel. Highly recommended. --- A clean, modern seaside gem worth every minute. The property is new and built with care, with pristine finishes and spotless interiors. Breakfast is generous and savory-forward, with excellent ready-made sandwiches and homemade local specialties prepared by the owners. Coffee tastes right, and plant-based milk is available. Thoughtful and genuinely hospitable. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and feel luxurious. Fresh scent of new furnishings. Every essential comfort in place: a spacious shower with proper drainage, powerful modern air-conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with plenty of channels. Details that elevate the stay. The view is outstanding. The sea and cape stretch in front of the terrace like a living postcard from morning to night. Sleeping to the sound of waves is real here. The beach is roughly 50 meters away, and private parking is available.

We greeted by our lovely host Serena who speaks excellent English. The room was lovely and had everything we wanted, I recommend taking Pirandello room as it overlooks the garden and is quiet. The communal fridge with individual boxes for each of the guests was a genius touch! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and some items were available all day. We were able to help ourselves to tea and coffee throughout our stay. They provided milk alternatives too. The terrace area was lovely at sunset and we sat one night and had meats and cheeses there and Serena’s family gathering offered us pizza too, we felt so welcome. You can park at the property although it was quite quiet when we were there. There was a new bar on the beach just a stones throw away. We went to the salt museum in Trapani which is worth the journey. We also went to Ericé which was worth the hairpin bends! Look out for parking there as we found a free car park which had September (off season) restrictions but everyone else seemed to panic park at the first opportunity!
