The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You will have more than what you pay for this hostel. My room and bed are very clean. The bed Linens also are changed every day. The location is close to the Plaza Mayor of Cusco. The host was so nice to help you anything that you want. The atmosphere was wonderful when I stayed. Most of young people are willing to chat with me even I am not young. The kitchen was not big but good enough to handle your meal. The inner courtyard was awesome as people stayed there for their communication. The washroom for dorm that you have to find the time that is not peak to use. Anyway, nothing is perfect. You have to consider how much you pay.

I stayed here for one night, stored my bags and then returned for four nights a week later. The bed on my first night was so hard I seriously considered cancelling my return stay, but I ended up in a different room and the bed was absolutely fine. I can't remember the room number of my first night, but it was on the ground floor - back left corner. This was also inconvenient because the women's toilet and shower is on the first floor (second floor for Americans). I'll focus the rest of my review on my second stay because it was really quite lovely. Most of the people who work there don't speak much English, but we always were able to communicate. They were very nice. The breakfast is very simple - tea without milk, a piece of fruit and bread and jam. It was still something. The location was very convenient for me. It was about a ten minute walk to the main square, but you passed through lots of other interesting streets and squares. I found this hostel to be nice and quiet.
